Description of Service

Anniversaries+ is a milestone tracking application that allows you to:

• Track time-based milestones for various events (birthdays, relationships, work anniversaries, habits, etc.)
• View real-time counters for days, hours, minutes, and seconds
• Receive notifications about upcoming milestones
• Create and manage multiple events and timelines
• Store personal memories and notes

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

User Content

Content Standards

While your content is private and only visible to you, you agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if you haven't paid anything).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anniversaries+, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content uploaded to the Service

Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data.

Data Export and Portability

You have the right to export your data in a portable format at any time through your account settings. This includes all events, milestones, memories, and personal information.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anniversaries+ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
